This room is a split level room, on the second and the third floor.

On the second floor the private bathroom is situated, a one person stationary bed, a small sit with t.v. and on the third floor there is for two persons a stationary bed which can be used as a twin or a double bed.

The room on the third floor has a roof window with a view on lake Peipsi.

Our rates are:
For one person: 50 euro per night.
For two persons: 75 euro per night.
For three persons: 90 euro per night.
Extra bed is available for 30 euro per night.

Rates including breakfast and the use of a bicycle and/or a boat when available!
